Valuation of Fixed Assets Professional
Responsibilities:
• Carry out fixed assets valuation assignments with minimum supervision applying all valuation approaches
• Prepare valuation models, reports and presentations
• Effectively communicate with clients while collecting information, conducting management interviews, and presenting valuation results
• Conduct analysis of fixed assets databases and market research
• Demonstrate positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Work constructively with team to evaluate and improve personal and team performance
Requirements:
• Engineering, Finance or Economics Degree
• Fixed assets valuation related experience carried out independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent analytical, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy with ability to see the overall picture
• Positive attitude, ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Skilled PC user (MS Excel, MS Access)
• Intermediate English
• Understanding of the production processes is a plus
